Beyond the Dashboard: How Property Finder Turned Agentic AI into the Reporting Layer for Its Clients

Agency reporting has always meant static dashboards and manual data pulls. Property Finder replaced both with an agentic platform that gives clients access to full market data alongside Property Finder’s own internal data, builds dashboards on demand for each client’s needs, and runs agentic workflows around their own analytics reporting. Adoption has been rapid: clients’ entire reporting, analytics and data needs now run through the platform. This session covers how it was built, what drove take-up, and what it means for portals looking to become their clients’ data layer rather than just a lead source.
